Tania began her legal profession working in the IP departments of firms of solicitors and in house for a subsidiary of Total. Tania has been a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney for the last 15 years and worked for two other major firms of trade mark and patent attorneys before joining Withers & Rogers LLP in 2006.
Tania is recognised in the World Trade Mark Review 1000 for 2018 for her knowledge of “international brand protection” along with “her talent for putting disputes to bed”.

Richard is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney at BP p.l.c., where his work includes advising on the registration, enforcement and licensing of trade marks and designs. Richard joined the profession in 2003, working in private practice for several years before moving in-house.

Rachel started her legal career at a trade mark attorney firm before moving to Baker McKenzie in 2007, where she practices as a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney, Litigator & Advocate. Her clients include those in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and fashion industries and she regularly assists NGOs in a number of sectors on a pro bono basis. She has been involved in CITMA's Law & Practice Committee for many years.

Kate is a solicitor and Chartered Trade Mark Attorney, with over 20 years' experience in relation to trade mark and related copyright, design and internet matters. She leads the Trade Mark Registration and Protection team at Charles Russell Speechlys LLP and her work includes advising on the adoption, registration and enforcement of trade marks internationally. Many of Kate's clients are in the leisure and retail industries with interests across the globe.

Keven Bader, Chief Executive
Keven joined CITMA in November 2008 as its first Chief Executive. Keven has overall responsibility for the day to day operations of the organisation as well as ensuring CITMA is delivering against the strategic objectives set. He also provides oversight of CITMA's regulatory functions (as an Approved Regulator of the Trade Mark Attorney profession).
Richard Hayward, Head of PR & Communications
Richard heads up CITMA's communications, marketing and public relations activities. He joined CITMA in 2015 having previously worked in PR and communications roles at the National Union of Students, Middlesex University and the University of Bedfordshire amongst others.
Jane Attreed, Operations & Events Manager
Jane is the secretary for CITMA's Council and works closely with the Chief Executive and the CITMA Officers. She is also responsible for organising CITMA's extensive calendar of social and educational events. Jane manages the day-to-day runnings of the CITMA office. She joined CITMA in 2003.
Luke O'Neill, Membership & Engagement Officer
Luke is CITMA’s Membership & Engagement Officer and is the first point of contact for all membership queries. Luke joined CITMA in 2017 having previously worked for membership organisations both in the UK and Australia.
Gillian Rogers, Secretariat Officer
Gillian began working for CITMA in March 2000 and is secretary to a number of committees and the ITMA Benevolent Fund.
Gillian also administers CITMA's free advice clinics programme.
Joy Dublin, Accounts Manager
Joy joined CITMA in December 2007 and is responsible for managing the accounts on a day-to-day basis.
